All About Kids of Oak Hills

Jim Sunderman is a graduate of Xavier University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Jim has over 40 years of management experience. Jim and Cathy are also the owners of the All About Kids West Fork location. Jim was the successful owner of an independent grocery store for many years. The grocery business ran in his family and he was the fourth generation to take up the trade. After the family sold the store, Jim was approached with the idea of building a childcare center on the west side of town. He was impressed with the quality of care at All About Kids Liberty Township when he went for a visit and decided that this would be a wonderful opportunity for his family. Jim is very involved at both centers and you will often see Rosie, Jim’s beagle, right by his side while he is working at the center.

Cathy Sunderman graduated from The University of Cincinnati with an associate degree in 1979. Jim and Cathy were married in 1980 and have four daughters and eight grandchildren. She spent many years as a stay-at-home mother and also cared for a few children in her house as well. During this time, she was a Girl Scout leader, softball coach, and girls’ basketball co-coordinator at St. Ignatius School. Cathy worked alongside Jim at the grocery store with their four daughters. After the grocery store was sold, she worked for a major retailer in downtown Cincinnati for 11 years. She now helps out at both daycare centers. Her hobbies include spending time with her family and friends.

Hello, I am the Director of the All About Kids Oak Hills location. I have been in the childcare field for 35 years. I am a mom to a wonderful son, Randy, and two fur babies, Cash & June, who are both Shih-Tzu’s. I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the movies & the pool, and working in my flower garden.

I love working with all the families here at the center. Please feel free to contact me at the center. My office hours are Monday-Friday 6:30am-2:30pm, or by appointment.

Hi, my name is Carly Oborn and I have been working with All About Kids Childcare and Learning Center since 2008. In 2005, I graduated from The College of Mount Saint Joseph with a bachelor’s degree in business. I first started working when I was a child at my family’s grocery store on Beekman Street. I learned many good life lessons at that store and am grateful to have had that experience. When my family decided to open the All About Kids Green Township location, I was excited about the new opportunity. I worked out of our West Fork Road location for five years and have been working between both locations since we opened the Filview Circle location in 2013. I love watching the children learn and grow. It’s amazing to see how much they change in the course of a couple of years. Now that my husband, Andy, and I have a daughter and young son, I see first hand how precious these years are because they pass by so quickly. In my spare time I like to be outdoors, go to concerts, and work on projects around our house. I am so lucky to have the opportunity to work with such wonderful children, families and co-workers!

Hello!  My name is Mackenzie Huston-Swain, you can call me Kenzie, and I am the Assistant Director at AAK!  I have one cat named Bing-Bong.  I previously worked in a nursing home for 5 years in a multitude of roles, ranging from Hospitality Aide to Social Service Designee for our long term residents.  I love being able to help people and their families.  I’m very excited to meet everyone and get to know you and your little ones!

Hi! My name is Tara Stephens and I am very excited to be a part of the All About Kids team! I have worked with children for many years and truly have a passion for childcare. I have three children of my own and they keep me pretty busy. I also have ten cats that I adore. In my spare time I enjoy knitting, cooking, scrap booking, stamp collecting, square dancing and playing video games.

Hi!  My name is Aleaha Hensley and I am the bus driver and floating teacher.  I have been with All About Kids for 3 years and have worked in the infant classrooms for two years.  Outside of AAK, I love to go to baseball and football games.  I am also a big fan of video games and enjoy watching movies and tv shows.  I enjoy AAK because I love developing relationships with the children and I love watching them grow!

I’ve worked with kids my whole life.  I previously worked at another daycare for 17 years and I I have worked at All About Kids for since 2014.  I also babysit.  My favorite things to do are shopping, cooking, and hanging with friends.

I’m happy to be a part of the All About Kids team!  My goal is to give the children a loving and safe environment.

My name is Priscila.  I’m excited to be a part of the team here at All About Kids.  I have previously worked at another center and loved it.  Working with children, along with watching them learn, grow, and reach new milestones, is a passion of mine.  In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, shopping, listening to music, and watching movies.  I am also a huge animal lover.  I really hope to one day run my own childcare center.  I am excited to get to know you and  your little ones!

Hello, my name is Karlee and I graduated from Taylor High School and Diamond Oaks Career Campus in 2021. I attended the Early Childhood Education program. Right now, I’m attending The University of Cincinnati’s Blue Ash campus where I am majoring in Early Childhood Education. My dream is to be a teacher for younger children. I have two sisters and I have a basset hound named Otis.

Hi!  My name is Emma Laug.  I graduated from Mercy McAuley High School in May of 2024.  I currently go to NKU for Radiation Therapy.  I enjoy dancing, cheering, shopping, babysitting, and hanging out with my friends in my free time.  I am so excited to be working with you and your kids!

Hello, my name is Ashli.  I was born and raised on the west side of Cincinnati.  I attended school in lower Price Hill at Oyler High School.  I graduated in 2013.  My favorite color is pink and I have a small poodle.  Her name is Cinnamon.  Some of my favorite activities are reading books on my Kindle, listening to music, and spending time with my family.  I’m looking forward to this new chapter in life as a daycare teacher.  I absolutely adore kids.  Children are our future and I’m grateful to be involved in this profession.

My name is Keesha.  I am originally from Louisville, Kentucky.  I have been in child care for almost 20 years.  I have 2 dogs, a Corman  buddy and a border coolie retriever named Lady.  I have 2 godsons and 2 nephews.

I am the youngest of 3 children.  The best thing about working with children is watching them achieve milestones.

Hi, my name is Mary Ann Moellman. I have a degree in Early Childhood Education. I have worked with children for over 30 years. I have always loved working with children all my life. I am very excited about joining All About Kids and continuing my career here working with the toddlers.

I am single and live with my extended family of my sister, her husband, nephew and my father. We are a very close family. I love baking and cooking. My life has been filled with the love I get from my family and the children I have taken care of the past 30 years.

I’m Kaitlyn, born and raised in Cincinnati.  I lived in Florida for a year, where I also worked in childcare.     I have worked with all age groups and look forward to working with All about Kids.  My favorite color is sage green.  I love football, Go Chiefs!!  My favorite animals are penguins.  I’m a big Star Wars fan and I enjoy  gaming, crocheting , printing, drawing and writing.         I have written one complete book, unpublished (for now).  I adore sunflowers and I have one stunning cat, named Pebbles.  I look forward to getting to know not only your little ones, but you as well 🙂

Hi, my name is Debbie Fuson and I am very excited to be a part of the team here at All About Kids.  I have worked with children of all ages for over 34 years. My experience includes working at Cincinnati Public Schools as an assistant for Special Ed children, working with The Boys and Girls Club of Greater Cincinnati as a Program Leader, and also working as a GED instructor for non-profit organizations. I am a proud mother of 4 and Mamaw of 5. My passion in life is to be able to help put a smile on a child’s face and to further their education with my experience. My favorite past time hobbies are going to flea markets, yard sales, and auctions. I have dedicated my life to working with children by helping them further their education so they can be successful in whatever path they may choose to follow.

Hello, my name is Leah Stolla! I graduated Oak Hills High School in 2024 and I currently attend Xavier University for Art Education. I have a passion for both kids and art and I can’t wait to have my own classroom one day! In addition to children, I also hold a strong passion for animals. As such, I have worked at a local doggy daycare for the past 4 years. When I am not busy with work or school, I love to explore new places with friends, cook some of my favorite recipes, or create some form of art. My name is Tara Bailey.  I have been an infant teacher in Room 2 at All About Kids for over 8 years!  I love helping the babies reach all their milestones and love teaching them new things!  I am married to my best friend, James.  We have 4 children and 7 grandchildren.  In my free time I like to read, go to country music concerts, travel and spend time with my family.  I love being a part of the AAK team and look forward to meeting new parents and their babies!

My name is Kayla.  I am a college student at Xavier University, with a major in psychology and a minor in deaf studies.  I really enjoy working with kids and want to pursue a career working with kids.  For fun, I like working out and just finding ways to be creative.  I am a very organized person and would also describe myself as determined.  My favorite colors are orange and green, but not the pastel versions of these colors.  I have played soccer since I was four years old and stopped after my senior year in high school.  I do like volleyball more than soccer though.  I love watching football and track.  My favorite season is winter and my second is fall.
