All About Kids of Montgomery

Ms. Ashley is the Program Coordinator of All About Kids,. She began as a Preschool Teacher at All About Kids of Montgomery since its opening in January of 2010. While attending school for a career in the medical field, she discovered that her true passion was working with children and has been with us ever since! Ms. Ashley obtained a CDA with a focus in Pre-school, ages 3 to 5 years old.  Ms. Ashley’s favorite thing about working with young children is watching the children develop into themselves, their personalities and character. She believes in and supports all our wonderful staff here and their dedication to our philosophy of “Learning through Play”.  Of course, she’s truly dedicated to the children and families we serve and look forward to working with your family. Ms. Lauren is our Assistant Director.  She started with us in 2026, but had previously worked for All About Kids as an administrator. My experience has given me a strong understanding of what encompasses a high quality program and what families need from their selected childcare program.

I am a proud momma of two wonderful children.  My daughter will be starting Kindergarten in the Fall and loves learning new things! My son is 4 and joins me here at the center which makes our days feel connected and meaningful.

As a family, we love spending time outdoors – fishing, exploring and riding our side-by-side together.  Those moments help us stay grounded, adventurous and close.

One of my biggest priorities in this role is building community through trust and action.I want every parent to feel confident that their child is safe, supported and surrounded by people you who genuinely care.  I’m committed to working closely with our staff, maintaining strong communication and ensuring our center is always growing and improving to offer the very best environment for every child we care for.

Ms. Nanci has been in the childcare field for over 10 years and teaching at All About Kids for almost 10 years. As the Admin Assistant, she is the friendly face that greets you at our front desk. While Ms. Nanci worked as a teacher in our infant and toddler program; she also earned her Infant & Toddler CDA.  Through ongoing professional development, she continues to be an intralegal part of our Infant & Toddler Program.  Ms. Nanci’s favorite part about working with young children is seeing the world through their eyes, pure innocence and joy. She also enjoys watching their growth and development as they move up through our program and being a mentor to our younger staff here at All About Kids!

Ms. Trinity started her career in the Early Childhood Education field with us back in 2018!  She has always worked in our older infants and continues to be a pillar of dedication and knowledge for this age group. Ms. Trinity has earned her CDA with a focus in Infant & Toddler ages.  She facilitates our philosophy of “Learning through Play” by creating meaningful exploration opportunities for the children.  Ms. Trinity is also the mother of three, who keep her smiling.  We love Ms. Trinity’s positive attitude and sense of humor.  Stop by and say hello, she is very excited to get to know you and your children.

Hello! I am Erin and oversee the Curriculum & Education. I come with over 20 years of experience in the Early childhood field, 12 and a half of those for our company. I have worked with all age groups but truly love the younger toddlers and the school age room. I have my CDA with a focus in Infant & Toddlers. I choose childcare because I felt like I needed to do something in life to truly make a difference, and what better way to leave a lasting impact than by helping shape our future. Each child who has come through my classroom throughout the years is “one of my kids” and I love knowing that I got to be a tiny part in each of their stories.

I work closely with the classrooms and teachers on lesson plans and activities, class management, and education. We have a wonderful curriculum and are working hard every day as a team to make it even better. Mr. Michael grew up in the suburbs of New York city with his three brothers. As a youngster he spent most of the time playing stickball or collecting baseball cards with his father.   Mr. Michael also lived in South Carolina to be close to the beach before moving to Cincinnati.  His wife and himself are happy to be here, where they’re raising, their beloved sons. Mr. Micheal was able to spend time with his sons as a stay-at-home dad when they were younger which he LOVED before he started his role here at All About Kids.

Ms. Tory has cared and taught Infants & Early Toddlers at All About Kids for three years but had a passion for teaching since she was 16 years old. Ms. Tory is also a mother and has two Aussie doodles. She enjoys travelling, listening to country music, and tail gaiting during football season. #WHO DEY

Ms. Brandi has been with All About Kids for almost 10 years. She started her teaching path in Room Six with older toddlers but shortly after found the love for Infants and worked in Rooms One & Two for quite a while. Ms. Brandi has six children of her own. She enjoys being able to assist the kids with their education and flourish any chance they may get.

Ms. Payal has nurtured young minds for 6+ years with overall experience of 15 years. She is committed to the education of the young, minded scholars. In room seven they do a lot of creative art projects which are both fun and educational, they master using the bathroom, and most importantly learn through play! Ms. Payal obtained a master’s degree from University of Mumbai, while calling Cincinnati home for over 20 years. She also has one beloved son who she enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with.

Ms. Natalie has taught Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten for Fifteen years. She enjoys teaching because she assists children develop in many different ways. She strives for strong academics that help the students prepare for kindergarten. also use play-based centers to encourage creativity and Social Emotional learning. Ms. Natalie also enjoys creating relationships with the families that become a part of the classroom community.

Ms. Varsha loves sparking creativity and curiosity in her classroom with 15+ years of experience in teaching and in room eleven. She focuses on Social, Emotional, and Cognitive learning but also can’t forget about learning through play. Ms. Varsha’s favorite part when it comes to teaching is learning from her students!

Mr. Dominic has been with School-age since March of 2025, having a great time! If you look in and don’t see them learning, you’ll catch school age spending quality time together while listening to some of their favorite tunes. He makes it his priority to create a happy, safe, and engaging environment with his scholars, although sometimes they tend to have too much fun, you can say they always know how to have a good time!
