All About Kids of Lexington

Staff and Teachers

Josh and Stefanie Tarter
Owners

Josh and Stefanie Tarter are proud to call Lexington, Kentucky, their home. Like many others, the Bluegrass State won them over as a great place to live, work, and raise a family. They first met boating at Lake Cumberland, a summertime favorite still today, in 2006.

The Bluegrass quickly became home after Stefanie and Josh were married in 2009. They have four children (Daphne, Davis, Caris, and Cameron) and noticed that there was a need for a clean, safe, and state-of-the-art facility in central Kentucky. Stefanie and Josh wanted a place that would foster a love of learning through play especially outdoors. Their family keeps a garden most months out of the year and their young children take pride in its maintenance and production.

The opportunity and resources presented themselves and allowed them, to join the All About Kids family. Josh and Stefanie were excited for the opportunity to combine their business backgrounds, love for nature, and respect for education, in this venture. The opportunity not only offered a wonderful place for their kids to learn, but their neighbors’ kids as well. With their own children at the forefront, there was no doubt that they wanted to join the AAK family. They are looking forward to making an impact on those who choose their facility.

Josh and Stefanie opened their All About Kids franchise, Clays Mill Campus, in the Spring of 2018. All About Kids teaches a love for learning, resourcefulness, and good stewardship of the earth. Now these lessons can be preserved in our central Kentucky children, as All About Kids Learning Center, Clays Mill Campus, opens here in Lexington.
