All About Kids of Lakota

Hello, my name is James Kaiser. I was raised on the west side of Cincinnati and am the proud father of four grown children and grandfather to many wonderful grandchildren. Today, I call Liberty Township, Ohio home.

Early in my career, I earned a degree in Business Management and went on to work for a large corporation for over 21 years. Through my personal experience raising four children, I recognized a growing need within our community for high-quality childcare and early childhood education.

That realization inspired a vision to provide families in Liberty Township with access to a state-of-the-art learning environment. Our mission is to partner with families to build a strong educational and developmental foundation that will support each child’s success for years to come.

I have been part of the All About Kids family for most of my life. My connection to All About Kids began when my father, Jim, founded All About Kids in 2005. I officially joined the team in 2009, starting my career as a School Age Teacher, where I spent seven years working directly with children and families and building a strong foundation in early childhood education.

In 2016, I transitioned into my current role as Operations Coordinator, where I support and oversee daily operations for our Lakota and Union, Kentucky locations. I work closely with staff and leadership to ensure our programs run smoothly while maintaining the high standards of care, safety, and community that All About Kids is known for.

In 2012, my enchanting wife Mandy and I married. Together, we have four amazing children, which further strengthens my passion for early childhood education and the importance of quality childcare. Much of our time outside of work is spent enjoying life as a busy, active family. We love being involved in our children’s activities, spending time outdoors, and making memories together.

Outside of All About Kids, I coach Varsity Football and Basketball at Monroe High School, which allows me to continue mentoring and supporting young people beyond All About Kids.
