Teachers & Staff

Ms. Ashley
Program Coordinator

Ms. Ashley is the Program Coordinator of All About Kids,. She began as a Preschool Teacher at All About Kids of Montgomery since its opening in January of 2010. While attending school for a career in the medical field, she discovered that her true passion was working with children and has been with us ever since! Ms. Ashley obtained a CDA with a focus in Pre-school, ages 3 to 5 years old.  Ms. Ashley’s favorite thing about working with young children is watching the children develop into themselves, their personalities and character. She believes in and supports all our wonderful staff here and their dedication to our philosophy of “Learning through Play”.  Of course, she’s truly dedicated to the children and families we serve and look forward to working with your family. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to email me.

Ms. Jeni
Center Director

Hello, my name is Jeni and I have been with All About Kids for almost 20 years! I started as a teacher in our infant program with a focus on infant and toddler development. In my years with All About Kids, I have been able to work with all the children we serve by helping on field trips and driving the bus. I enjoy working with children and having the opportunity to help them grow and flourish into themselves. It’s my goal to make sure that each child feels loved and cared as the individual they are. In my free time, I love to travel and explore. I enjoy the outdoors and so do my puppies. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to stop by my office. I am excited to meet you and look forward to providing the best early childhood experience for your family!

Ms. Aireanna
Assistant Director

Hello! My name is Aireanna Gordon, and I am so excited to be a part of your child’s learning journey. I’ve been with All About Kids since 2019, and after a brief time away, I made the heartfelt decision to return — because working with children is truly where my passion lies.

I’m also a proud new mom to a beautiful baby boy, which has made my connection to early childhood education even more meaningful. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, and I bring that foundation into the classroom by focusing on each child’s emotional and developmental needs.

Helping children grow, learn, and reach new milestones is not just my job — it’s my calling. I strive to create a positive, safe, and nurturing environment where every child feels seen, supported, and encouraged to be their best self.

I look forward to making a lasting impact in your child’s life and being part of the moments that help shape who they become.

Ms. Erin
Administrator of Curriculum & Education

Hello! I am Erin and oversee the Curriculum & Education. I come with over 20 years of experience in the Early childhood field, 12 and a half of those for our company. I have worked with all age groups but truly love the younger toddlers and the school age room. I have my CDA with a focus in Infant & Toddlers. I choose childcare because I felt like I needed to do something in life to truly make a difference, and what better way to leave a lasting impact than by helping shape our future. Each child who has come through my classroom throughout the years is “one of my kids” and I love knowing that I got to be a tiny part in each of their stories.

I work closely with the classrooms and teachers on lesson plans and activities, class management, and education. We have a wonderful curriculum and are working hard every day as a team to make it even better. Feel free to stop by anytime you have questions or concerns regarding the current curriculum, classroom management or education of your little ones! We are striving to be the very best and your inputs are always welcomed!

Ms. Courtney

I’m a big sister and I have loved being one since the beginning, stepping into the role of being supportive, caring, and protective. As a child when asked “ what do you want to be when you grow up” my answer has always been a Teacher. My favorite thing is seeing a child unlock a new milestone and watching their faces light up!
