Greg and Gail Davis were married in 1980. They have 4  children and 11 grandchildren.

Gail graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a bachelors degree in education and later with her masters degree plus 45 hours in educational leadership. She has her certificate in vocational education and educational leadership (principal certificate). She has been in the teaching industry for 30 years. Prior to retirement in December of 2014, she was an Assistant Principal at Colerain High School in Cincinnati, Ohio. Gail’s role in the business will be to oversee the budget, curriculum and monitor with the director to make sure that All About Kids standards are maintained.

Greg graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a bachelor’s degree in construction management and has been self-employed through G. Davis CCM since 1999. G. Davis CCM has been the contractor for thirteen All About Kids locations. Greg has played an important role in developing the franchise model and intends to further develop the market for All About Kids.

With a deep passion for early childhood education, I bring both professional expertise and a personal commitment to fostering a nurturing and dynamic learning environment. Holding a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, I’ve honed my skills in early childhood care and education, ensuring that children receive the highest quality support during their formative years.

In my role as Director, I focus on creating an enriching and safe atmosphere for both children and staff, while maintaining open lines of communication with parents to support each child’s individual needs. My experience and dedication help shape a positive and engaging environment where children can explore, grow, and thrive.

Outside of work, I’m a proud parent to my daughter, Camilla, whose curiosity and enthusiasm for learning continue to inspire my passion for early childhood development.

With a strong foundation in child development, a commitment to lifelong learning, and a heartfelt devotion to each child’s success, I’m dedicated to supporting families and educators alike in creating a nurturing and effective learning community.

Hi! My name is Caralynn, and I am the Assistant Director here at All About Kids. I have a strong background in both childcare and management, which has helped shape my passion for supporting children, families, and teachers in every way I can. Over the years, I’ve gained a wealth of knowledge and experience that allows me to confidently help guide classrooms, support staff, and ensure we are providing the best care possible.

I am truly excited to be a part of the All About Kids team and to work alongside such a dedicated group of educators. Being in this role gives me the opportunity to not only help our center run smoothly, but also to build meaningful connections with our families and staff.

One of my favorite parts of what I do is watching the children grow throughout their time here. Seeing their progress, confidence, and personalities develop over time is incredibly rewarding, and I feel so lucky to be a part of that journey every day.

Hi! My name is Brittany, and I’m so excited to be part of the team here at All About Kids! I have the unique opportunity to split my time between being a teacher and supporting families at the front desk. I am the Room 8 teacher, where I get to spend my days teaching, guiding, and having fun with the kids. I truly love helping children learn and grow, and watching their little personalities shine is the best part of my job!

When I’m not in the classroom, you’ll also see me at the front desk helping greet families, answer questions, and keep things running smoothly. I love being able to connect with both the children and their families throughout the day.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors whenever I can, especially with my daughter, Murphy. Whether we’re playing, exploring, or just enjoying the fresh air, that time means everything to me.

I’m so excited to be a part of your child’s journey and can’t wait to get to know all of our amazing families!

My days here as the school cook have been both fun and rewarding! I absolutely enjoy being around children, and I’m grateful to contribute to their daily experience at All About Kids. There’s something special about preparing meals that nourish their bodies while being part of their growth and development.

Outside of school, I cherish spending time with my family, which includes my husband, our three children, two dogs, and two bunnies. We’re a busy household, and I love the energy and joy that our pets and family outings bring into our lives.

I am a mother of three beautiful children. I started to work at All About Kids in October 2022. Some of my hobbies include reading and cooking. I love spending time with children and watching them learn and grow. I believe they are our future and every child deserves the best start in life. Hello, I am the Room 3 teacher. I am so excited to be part of this amazing team and to have the opportunity to learn and grow alongside each of my students every day.

I am passionate about creating a positive, welcoming, and engaging classroom where every child feels safe, supported, and encouraged to reach their full potential. I believe that learning should be fun, hands-on, and filled with opportunities to explore, discover, and build confidence.

I graduated in 2022 from WCCC, and I’ve always had a deep love for working with children. My passion for teaching and helping children grow and learn has shaped my career and continues to inspire me every day.

Outside of my education, I was actively involved in 4H for four years, where I had the opportunity to show rabbits and sheep. This experience taught me valuable lessons in responsibility, care, and communication, all of which I bring into my role as an educator.

I love creating a classroom where children feel welcomed, valued, and excited to learn each day. My goal is to provide a fun, nurturing, and engaging environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and confidence as children grow and develop.

I have been in childcare on and off since 2019. I have worked with all age groups, but I enjoy preschool the most! Its amazing watching them learn and grow into smart little people.

I have 6 1/2 years of teaching experience in Nicaragua, which is located in Centro America. I speak two languages, English and Spanish. I love working with kids and creating a safe and fun environment for them I enjoy playing games, doing crafts and of course teaching!

A few fun facts about me are, I love drinking coffee, my favorite color is blue, and I love going to the gym and the zoo. When I am not at work I enjoy spending time with my husband.

My name is Mr. Jordan, and I am thrilled to be one of the school age teachers! I love working with children and creating a fun, positive environment where everyone feels welcome and encouraged to learn, explore, and have fun.

I am so excited to be apart of the All About Kids family! I graduated from Little Miami in 2025, and I am currently working towards completing my CDA to continue growing in the Early Childhood Education field.

Outside from the classroom, I enjoy spending time with my cat, Kallie and my two sisters. I also have a niece who attends All About Kids, which makes being apart of this community even more special to me.
